Is there anyway to fundraise?

YES!!! Students can sell Butterbraids. Pick up a form on April 17th and sell until May 8th. Then the butter braids are dropped off for you to take and deliver!

When will we get more information?

Parent emails will go out soon! There is a GOOD chance it’s in your junk/spam folders! If you don’t see it there, please contact Jenna.Mckeehan@visitcrossroads.com.

Will I get a refund if my student can’t attend?

A deposit of $50 is required to hold students’ registration. All deposits are non-refundable. Payments can also be put towards future events held in the year.

What should I bring?

When is the balance due?

June 7th the balance will be due. You will get an email from Jenna with a link to pay it.

What will be doing?

Check the schedule posted above for a rough idea!

Should I bring snacks?

We will have some snacks, but feel free to bring your own also.

What about lunch at Eltiches?

Students will need to bring money for lunch at elitches.
