Is there any way to fundraise?

YES!!! We are in the midst of a cookie dough fundraiser, the sale goes through June 10th. Please reach out via phone or email for more information on getting started.

When will we get more information?

Parent emails will go out soon! There is a GOOD chance it’s in your junk/spam folders! If you don’t see it there, please contact Jenna.Mckeehan@visitcrossroads.com.

Will I get a refund if my student can’t attend?

A deposit of $100 is required to hold students’ registration. All payments are non-refundable.

What should I bring?

See the Packing List here!

When is the balance due?

July 3rd the balance will be due. You will get an email from Jenna with a link to pay it.

What will be doing?

Check the schedule posted above for a rough idea!

Should I bring snacks?

We will have some snacks, but feel free to bring your own also.

What about lunch at Eltiches?

Students will need to bring money for lunch at elitches.
